File>import/export> then scroll where you can see dxlog. you can import bin 
files from dxlog

yes
you must set all of your mobile contacts to group1 and name this group 
"N3AHA/M"
Under file>prefernces> Rep/Lab tab add %% and the group name will be printed

i think no. except you make one group for every county and name the group 
"n3aha/m county name"
