[Dx4win] Assistance with DXCC submission

Good Afternoon, all....

I'm getting ready to make a prodigous DXCC submission (991) cards 
and about 200 or so LOTW and I've run into a problem....

Can someone tell me either where I can find the info (tried 
already, couldn't find it) or explain to me the process of putting 
the "submitted" flags on the QSOs to be submitted and then later 
changing the submitted flags to "checked?"  I know there's a way 
to do it, but I can't seem to find it.  As you might imagine, it's 
been quite a while since I made a submission....
