[Dx4win] Second Sound Card for PSK31

I decided I wanted to use a second sound card to run PSK31, so I  
installed a basic sound card in an open PCI slot.  Windows found it  
and assigned a standard default driver.

I opened Preferences/Control and set the sound card pointer to Sound  
Card 2 and saved the Preferences.

But DX4Win still sees my original  sound card.  I'm missing something  
here; how do I name the second card "Sound Card 2" so that DX4Win can  
find it?
