[Dx4win] Importing from LotW

Does it at least tell you that none were set to confirmed?  I'm still
struggling with reconciling my latest DXCC submission with DX4WIN.  I
don't know why this has to be such a trial each time, but this time, for
the first time, I did a mixed LOTW and card submission.  What a pain....
