[Dx4win] DX4WIN V 7.03 problem

Having a problem with v 7.03 IMPORT/EXPORT FILTERS...
file/import/export  ...all the choices are garbled.  I
remember having the same problem when I upgraded
before but don't recall how I fixed it... V 7.02
import/export filters work fine... 

Any ideas?
