[Dx4win] issues with help in version 7.03

Paul,

It happened to me (with XP Pro) first when I downloaded 7.3 and just
started the program without moving my old files. I was not able to get
the help files to show (except directly from the directory where they
are located).

Then I moved my old files, merged my .ini file etc, and now it works
beautifully!
