[Dx4win] Import / Export problem in 7.03.16

Hello --

I'm running 7.03.16.  When I try to import files,  the Import / Export 
window contains what looks to be random ASCII characters.

I upgraded from the latest 7.02 a few weeks ago, and probably forgot to 
do something.
