[Dx4win] CQ DX Marathon Conversion version 1.0 released

I have released version 1.0 of a Windows program to convert a DX4WIN 
logbook for use with the CQ DX Marathon program.

Please read all the instructions, there are several steps to setup 
DX4WIN to generate the correct logbook listing.

Some things to be aware of:

1.  Older submission forms have Excel "tabs". Make sure you have 
selected the "Sorted by Prefix" tab.

2.  There are a few errors in the submission form I tested with. 
Until those errors are fixed, look out for:

	FJ,FS and FH are not in alphabetical order

	Montenegro (Z7) is in the wrong place.

3. There is no date checking in the program. If you accidentally 
export more of your log than simply calendar year 2006, that data 
WILL be written to the output file.

Any operator errors should appear in the open "window" of the program 
window.  If an error doesn't make sense to you, let me know - if I 
need your logbook file, I will ask for it.
