[Dx4win] Modified/New RIG files for IC7800 - FT2000

Hi All,

For those that need one of these radio files
Pse email me

Some comments.

ICOM 7800 is working 100 % now (tested @ John, ON4IQ place)
FT2000 is NEW and also OK (tnx to Ira, K2RD for his testing and input)

Concerning FTDX9000
FTDX9000 should be ok also but OMS, PY5EG can't test/confirm the latest
changes before tmw or Thursday , if somebody like to test also pse ask.
