[Dx4win] CAT and Polling

I just wanted to share what I found out about polling. Turns out that DX4WIN only polls the radio in ADD REAL TIME mode. Since I was almost never in that mode -- no polling. As always these issues turn out to be operator error. Once I switch to ADD REAL TIME mode the polling works as expected.
