Using the File->Databases->Radios menu option I was able to see some of the 
information going back and forth between computer and radio.  The first 
thing I had to do was change the Read multiplier from 1.0 to 0.01 to get 
the frequency to display correctly - sort of.  This value seems to work for 
any frequency up to 21,474.83kHz.  At 21,474.84 kHz the reported frequency 
is -21,474.83kHz and the number continues to go up (toward zero), at 
42,949.67kHz the Edit Radio dialog box reports -0.00.  As you increase the 
frequency from there the reported frequency goes back up (e.g. 42,949.68kHz 
is reported as 0.1).
