[Dx4win] Where is the Tech Support?

Bob,
with the radio OFF and the dx4win packet cluster running, the spots band and 
mode will show up in the band and mode in the QSO Window and will stay there 
until another new spot. That is normal and that is not the problem.
When I turn the radio ON and hit F9 for real time, whatever band and mode 
the radio shows that is what the band and mode will show in the QSO windows 
band and mode; HOWEVER, when a spot arrives from the packet cluster the band 
and mode in the qso window will change to that spots band and mode. My 
radio's band and mode does not change to the spots band and mode.
Does that help? Anyone out there have this problem running dx4win and the 
Orion II?
Three weeks and counting with this issue.
