[Dx4win] Where is the Tech Support?

Hi John,
There is ..as I am not in front of the program with this computer...
I believe settings in the perferances that set what freqs are CW, SSB, 
RTTY ranges..and then are the default ones...
Let me ask you to try this... real time MODE and the RADIO OFF.
Do the settings (modes etc)when clicked in the PACKETT window 
set(populate) corrctly in the LOGGING window??
So this only happens when the RADIO is on...........

Am I understanding that the RADIO never SET it's VFO to the CLICKED freq???
SO concurrently DX4WIN then sets the RADIO freq as now being READ.
I hope someone else will chime in and help you out....,
