[Dx4win] Sunrise/Set Window Question

I rechecked the coordinate entries and found that the longitude setting was
East instead of West. The change took care of the problem. I missed that
detail the first time I checked. Thanks.

Hi Nelson,

This is the first I've heard of this 
problem.  There are three bearings in the sunrise/sunset window:

         Heading - this is the "short path" heading
         Long path - this is the "long path" heading
         Reciprocal - this is the heading from HS to your QTH

Are you sure you are reading the screen 
correctly?  Does it affect other entities or just HS?

Check the first screen of your preferences - are 
you latitude (including North) and Longitude 
(including West) entered correctly?

Try moving DX4WIN.CTY file to a safe place, and 
download the one from http://dx4win.ad1c.us/ and see if the same thing
happens.
