[Dx4win] IC746 "Bad Frequency for Radio" problem

Thanks to Wayne WA1PMA for setting me straight!

He told me about the menu option File > Databases > Radio

Now that is a MUCH easier (less cryptic) way to fix the problem, versus
editing the .rig file on the hard drive!
