[Dx4win] Announce DX Question

Thank you  Isidro! I am trying to correct.
Is the 1st line:
DX|DE|r:|f|c|q|tZ   or should it be
DX DE|r:|f|c|q|tZ

I tried both & neither seems to work for me?
