[Dx4win] Announce DX Question

Make sure you have the following characters in the
Preferences > Packet2 > DX Spotting patterns:

DX|DE|r:|f|c|q|tZ
f|c|d|tZ|q|<r>
r|f|c|q|<t|d>
DX|c|f|q
DX DE|r:|f|c|q|tZ *
