Hi Rune.  I'm using a Dymo Labelwriter 400 Turbo with Dymo 32mm x 57mm
labels.  Have you tried setting "Spacing Top" to "0"?  That's the setting
that controls the vertical distance to the first row, and may be causing the
problem.  

In a separate email, I sent a screen print of my custom label settings. I
got an error message that it was too large for the DX4WIN reflector, but if
anyone wants a copy direct, let me know.  Hope this helps.
