Well, its not perfect but maybe a way for this
first of all create the missed dxcc countries and use this cty file just for
the cq
Do a search (f8) from 1/1/06 to 31/12/06
In Logbook window create a report with the fields you want. Include the
country prefix and put it first
Right click and a ad1c2006.csv file. Rename this file to ad1c2006.txt
open excel and open txt files. Then import the ad1c2006.txt with the fields
seperated with ,
Choose all data and sort them by the prefix.
Manual delete the rows with the same prefix.
Sorry but i can't find a more automated way.
