[Dx4win] Help

I just was checking my DXCC status and found a problem.

Reports - DXCC - The boxes have only "S" and "M"  in them, NO  "C" anywhere.

What happened to my C confirmed countries ?  I don't remember changing
anything. How do I get my confirmed countries back ?
