Thankyou very much for the help and yes you have solved the problem straight away.  As we speak my missing cards are being printed and will be dispatched to the buro after the new year break. 

Now onto the upload of the updated version of my log onto LOTW !!!!!!! (Dont worry I think I can handle this one and if I cant there already has been several threads about this.)
