[Dx4win] DX4WIN + TS-850 + RIGBlaster + CW

I am having an unsucessful time trying to get DX4WIN to:

+ read my Kenwood TS-850 into the DX4WIN logging program, and

+ send CW from the computer keyboard

with a RigBlaster Plus hooked up to the 850 and the computer sound card.  I have a W1GEE interface and three serial ports available on the computer (COM 1, and a NetMos dual serial port PCI card as COM 4 and  5)

Neither the DX4WIN User Manual or the Help menu seem to address how to hook up and configure this combination of equipment.

Am I trying to do the impossible?

Help, please.
