[Dx4win] Not getting state info when importing from N1MM ARRL160

Hi Mark,

There is a fix for this.

Download and run my Counties program:

         http://software.ad1c.us/

Run the program on your .ADI file and specify the NEQP contest.

It will convert all the EXCHANGE1: fields in the N1MM ADIF file to 
STATE: field.  There are NO New England counties to convert, so that 
part is harmless.  Then import the NEQP.ADI file into your DX4WIN log.

I'll have to add an option to this program "NONE" so that it runs and 
converts the states, but does not try to convert counties.  It 
actually tried to convert MAR to Marengo, AL when I tried using it 
with the AL QSO party template.
