[Dx4win] Windows Vista

The vichw11.sys driver issue has nothing to do with account rights. The file 
is indeed copied to the desired directory during install. But x64 and Vista 
can only use 64 bit drivers and not Win32 drivers . That means that when you 
start Dx4Win it is not able to load the vichw11.sys driver and there by show 
the error message to install the driver.

A good reason to use x64 or Vista is to be able to use the preforamance 
enhancement that the new 64-bit CPU's give.
