[Dx4win] Saving frequency in log

I have been polling both my radios (IC746 and a dear old TS440SAT) for a
LONG time now and have NEVER, EVER had the problem identified by Tony.

By no means am I capable enough to identify what the problem should be - but
I would look MUCH further than asking Paul for a 'fix' to DX4Win - I think!

It sounds like a polling problem. I never had the problem when I had a real
serial COM port, but only since using the microHam device.
