[Dx4win] Can I configure the banddecoder output?

Thanks. Looks great. $20 for international shippong maks it close to $40. Maybe I can find someone else here that wants one and split the shipping.

An advantage to be able to set freq ranges and output pins freely in DX4Win is that some non HAM freqs can be sent to a broadband dipole or what ever.
