[Dx4win] QSL Info Reflector

At one time I was aware of an e-mail reflector that specialized in finding 
QSL addresses for the hard-to-find DX station.

I've looked in all the usual places and searched the Internet for a 
particular station, but to no avail.  Can anyone point me in the right 
direction for an appropriate reflector?
