[Dx4win] LOTW report file & upload confirm flag

Hi Guys

I recently uploaded about 45K QSO's to LOTW and received about 5K confirmed. 
I then imported the report file to DX4WIN using "imported QSO sets upload 
confirmed flag". I think (though I didn't count all of them) that all the 
confirmed QSO's uploaded correctly and the "upload confirmed flag" changed to yes for 
all of them. The dxcc report from LOTW and DX4WIN also matched 100%. 

Since that initial LOTW report file import I have imported additional report 
files as QSL's appeared in LOTW. Since these batches of confirmations were 
much smaller I have noticed that not all the "upload confirmed flags" are turning 
on for all the LOTW confirmations. In fact the last batch I tried none of the 
flags changed even though I had about 30 LOTW confirmations. Am I doing 
something wrong? Is there a bug in DX4WIN? Or is there a problem with LOTW's report 
ADIF file?
