Good point, Gary.  I should have mentioned this.  I sometimes use a small
post-it note with an arrow pointing to the QSO and words like "Only this QSO". 
Be careful to avoid covering up any pertinent information on the QSL, so that
the ARRL has very little work to do when entering the card, i.e. they don't
have to peel back the note to see what's underneath.
