[Dx4win] Recognize PSK31 in DX Spots

DX4WIN cannot recognize the right mode PSK31 because most spotters are 
using "BPSK31" in their spots. Spots with "PSK", "PSK31" and "PSK 31" 
are correct.

Can I fix this in the preferences or will this be done in the next release ?
