[Dx4win] DX4WIN.CTY Release 18 available

Hi Folks,

Release 18 of the DX4WIN country file is ready.  You may now download it from:

   http://www.ad1c.us/dx4win/#Country

The revision history is at:

   http://www.ad1c.us/dx4win/history.htm#18

A new feature of this release:  When you type in the callsign 
"VERSION", the version *date* will appear in the QSL Manager field. 
The release number still appears in the Zone field.

NOTE:  This release does NOT include dx4win.old.  If you need the 
file with the old prefixes, let me know.

There may be one more release before the Dayton Hamvention  If you 
find any mistakes, let me know so I can fix it for the next time.
