[Dx4win] Port Driver Error 6.03

Bob,

It seems to happen on some win98 machines, but it is easy to
work around the installation problem.

Copy the file vichw11.vxd (in the drivers sub-directory) to Windows\System\Vichw11.vxd 

And you should be all set.
