[Dx4win] Port Driver Error 6.03

Hi!

I have just loaded 6.03 several times onto my laptop and get the message: 

"Port Driver Not Found! Check appendix: File for the correct driver."

Have re-loaded Win93SE twice and still get the same message.

Anyone have any ideas?
