[Dx4win] Does new country file work with Version 4.0x?

Can someone who is running DX4WIN version 4.07 (or any version 4) please try
Release 7 of the country file at:

  http://www.ad1c.com/dx4win/

and please let me know if it works?  You don't need to go through the entire
comparisson, just see if your totals are mostly correct.  If it doesn't work,
things will be WAY off.
