[Dx4win] Upgrade Checklist

I'm making an upgrade checklist to include on my web site.

1.  Copy .key

2.  Merge preferences (NOTE: things that don't migrate)

3.  Copy log file (and .PUT DX spots file) from the old SAVE directory

4.  Copy these files from the old SAVE directory if you modified them

    .AWD - awards
    .REP - reports
    .TCP - telnet nodes
    .RIG - radio control

5.  Copy/merge DX4WIN.CTY file

What did I forget?
