When you upgrade to a new version of DX4WIN (in a new directory), you MUST
import your preferences from the old version. One "classic" problem that seems
to bite people are the "Worked Cutoff" and "Mailed Cutoff" dates in teh
preferences. I think a new install defaults these to 10000.

To transfer your preferences, start up your old version of DX4WIN. File ->
Preferences -> Write INI file. Give the file a name, and make a note of where
it is located. Then start the new version of DX4WIN, File -> Preferences ->
Merge INI file. You'll see some screen activity, then all your preferences
should be transferred.

If you have an ICOM radio, check the radio settings to make sure that the baud
rate is correct. It's usually not correct for me.
