[Dx4win] changing parameters for spot colors

Is it possible to change the definition of a "new country" for spotting 
purposes so that a priority 1 country is one that has not been worked? As it is set 
up now a country has to be marked in the logbook as worked and confirmed 
otherwise it shows up as a new country.
