Dick, to my knowledge this is a unique problem -- in the 5+ years I've been
using DX4WIN and following the DX4WIN reflector I have never seen any
reference to a similar situation.

Did you try the e-mail address <[email protected]> that is on the DX4WIN
web page?

Steve's call is NR4M, and his address is [email protected]. If you
substituted a "K" that could explain it.

DX4WIN HELP, etc. is useless for this. That whole routine is intended to
provide you information on the various commands that can be used to manage
your subscription to the mailing list (SUBSCRIBE, UNSUBSCRIBE, LIST,
etc.). The correct way to use it is to send an e-mail to
[email protected] and then put the word HELP in the body of
the message.

If you send a message to the "support" address above, or to NR4M's correct
address, that should get you an authoritative response.

Something you might try while you're waiting -- do an ADIF export of your
log, save your previous .dxl file in a secure place, and then create a new
one with no QSOs. Then import the ADIF file and see if your functionality
is restored. Probably won't work, but can't hurt.
