[Dx4win] HELP again

I have been trying to get a reply for help with the problem as stated below.
My last post got me two replies. Neither had a solution. I sent a request to
Steve KJ4F on January 26th and have not received a reply.  I sent a e-mail
to " DX4WIN HELP"  at dx4win-request@mailman.qth.net?subject=help     It was
rejected as the address was "unable to find."

I would like to get a fix for my problem. Can anyone help me or point me in
the right direction I need to find the help I need ?

PROBLEM :

DX4WIN problem:    When I open the  "report"  -  "DXCC"  - "band = all"
"mode = all" file to check my DXCC progress I find that I am no longer
getting everything.

In the boxes for each DXCC country I only have the "C"  for confirmed
countries.

I have lost the  "W"  and  "M"  for worked and mailed QSO's in all 335
countries.

Example:  Worked ZD0SXW  on 4 bands in 1933 during a one month period.

      In the DXCC reports it shows the two I confirmed as "C"  ie:  12 and
40 meters
      It does not show anything in the boxes for other two bands.  ie: 10
and 17 meters. They are blank.

       If I click on the 10m or 17m box I get a message saying " cannot
select QSO that  does not exist."   Both QSO's are in the main log, yet the
report is saying they are not are not there. I have no  "W" or "M" on any of
the boxes for any country. They were there the last time I checked a few
weeks ago. I did not change any parameters that I am aware of. Can someone
help me correct this ?  As it is now, I can't check my progress or keep
track of  the mailed requests.
