[Dx4win] Orion timeouts with DX4WIN?

It's a remote possibility, but Win98 suffered from a "jerky" mouse and
miscellaneous delay problem when an HP LaserJet 1100 was attached. There
was, eventually, a patch from HP to fix it. Let me know if you need a
pointer.
Win98 will not be supported much longer. Am happy with Win XP -- much more
robust.
