[Dx4win] PCI-type LPT ports for CW keying?

However, I'm not sure it follows that all ports marked SPP will work...
And ports capable of EPP operation can be used successfully... So I'm
not sure how much this helps, other than a reminder that any parallel
port used for Amateur applications should be configured as SPP...

For what it's worth, I was unable to use a Lava parallel port for
anything other than printing.
