[Dx4win] Cannot log a county

First, congratulations on working them all!  I finished in February but 
still have not sent in the paperwork :-(

The best I can say is "it works for me".  Can you try using the country 
file at:

   http://www.ad1c.com/dx4win/

Let me (us) know if this fixes the problem.
