[Dx4win] Cannot log a county

I've finally finished working all counties, but have one county that
will not take when trying to log the QSO.  When I tab to County/F1 to
LA048(Saint John the Bap)/Enter....it refuses to log the county entry.
The remaining entries for that QSO are recorded just fine.  Anyone ever
have this problem and have a fix?  I'm ready to submit my entry, but
sure would like to have this QSO recorded properly.
