Windows 2000 and Windows XP (Home and Pro) support multiple (not just
2)monitors. For hardware, you can buy one of the fancy dual-monitor video
cards, or just insert 2 video cards in your PC.

I run a pair of monitors here, driven by a Radeon dual-video card. The
secondary monitor displays DX-Telnet, Echolink, and the DX4WIN "Packet" and
"DX spots" windows. In the primary monitor, I keep my browser, email, and
the collection of active DX4WIN panels: "main", "same call", "QSO", "state",
"country", and "CW keyboard".

All of the DX4WIN panels are arranged so that the only overlap is with
DX-Telnet and Echo-link in the secondary monitor, and my email and web
browser  programs in the first monitor. And, of course, all of these
programs remember which monitor and positions the panels are in... so when
you launch your applications everything returns to its previous location.

Hi all, a question for you! When I am using DX4WIN I have a number of
windows open, as usual the one I want is hidden at an appropriate time.
Is anyone aware of software (or hardware) that allows two monitors to be
connected to one computer AND allows separate information to be
displayed on each monitor. Not just mirror image on both screens (like
when one connects an external monitor to a laptop??)
