[Dx4win] PSK31 support for LPT keying

Kenwood does not provide for PTT via serial commands, thus I'm using a
RigBlaster, which requires a separate COM port for PTT to key the mic
connector PTT. That all worked just fine in Ver. 5.02/03, but no longer
easily possible in Ver. 6.01/02.
BTW, buttons for Short Path/Long Path rotator control would also be a nice
improvement rather than the pull down menu or keyboard commands. Most other
logging software has done this and it really works slick allowing turning
the antenna with a single mouse click.
Just another "wish" that would only add flexibility to this function. Maybe
they could be added to the main taskbar or another window that could be
positioned over the right side of the DX4WIN main taskbar....
