OK, that's the problem - mine has a end date of 2004-09-21, which is 
probably one year after I requested it. I think you can fix that, 
however, by renewing your certificate. Use the TQSL program, 
"Certificate/Renew Certificate" menu. Leave the "QSO End Date" blank 
(or make it blank by selecting the first entries in the pull-down 
menu.) Setting the end date to blank allows the certificate to work 
until it expires.

Sign the renewal request with your current certificate, then upload it. 
When you get the new certificate, load that and use it to sign your QSOs.

All the certificates are set to expire after a year - we all must renew 
at least once a year. You're just doing it a bit earlier than most. :-)
