[Dx4win] Time Problems -- "QSO -- Add Real Time!"???

Dick,
DX4WIN does not require you set your computer to UTC. You may be using other software (CT ?) that may need this. DX4WIN derives UTC
from the Windows routines, and can handle daylights savings time
correctly this way.
