[Dx4win] Setup for FT-817 and FT-100d

Hi... wonder if there are files for the FT-817 and FT-100d that can be =
downloaded or should the FT-847 work?.  I have the CT-62 inter face =
cable and would hope it will do the job for both rigs.  Also, anyone =
using the HB9DRV commander software or MixW with DX4WIN.
