[Dx4win] Error Message: Log Export

I tried to follow Jim's instructions at the website below to
use the new DX4WIN.CTY:

When I tried to export my log, I received the following
message:

An exception occurred!
Access violation at address 005ADEEE
in module 'DX4WIN.EXE'. Read of address FFFFFFFF

Has anybody else received the same error message and found
how to fix the problem?
