[Dx4win] ByteRunner LPT port problems

Have you tried printing through LPT2 with Notepad, or Word, or another 
Windows program?  My suspicion is that the Byterunner has a non-standard 
LPT2 address.  you might look in Device Manager and see if it indicates the 
port is OK.
